About the Author
Elizabeth Wright founded her company, Spirit Works, www.spiritworks.me in 2007 with the purpose to help others in their transformation and to heal on every level so they may enjoy happy, abundant lives. She practices a type of energetic healing known as vibrational healing. She is also a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and teaches Vibrational Healing classes across the country. Elizabeth was born in New Delhi, India, raised in Turkey and lived in Connecticut, North Carolina and Oklahoma before she moved to Colorado where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1988. She then moved to Vail, Colorado for seven years where she became an avid skier. Next she moved to Sydney, Australia where she spent many years working in the media; prior to changing careers. She returned to the States in 2006 to Syracuse, New York, and founded her business in 2007. She moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico in June of 2011 where she lives with her dog, Shanti, practicing vibrational healing and teaching yoga and vibrational healing workshops. I & EYE is a book that covers two genres’ that I love dearly —Memoir and Energy Medicine. I was sorely and deeply pulled into Elizabeth Wright’s story of her growing up years that transformationally led me (and her) into the depths of energy medicine, which Beth refers to as Vibrational healing. Having studied energy medicine through the Healing Touch Program, I not only would recommend this book to people who want to know or learn more about subjects like chakras, crystals and how energy works, but any advanced energy worker would truly be enhanced by the techniques that Beth learned in Australia and has brought to the United Sates to use and share. If I lived in or visited Santa Fe, I would without a doubt, go to Beth for a Vibrational healing session. Lucky for us readers, Beth’s former profession in journalism makes her memoir and knowledge of energy techniques flow together naturally.
Wright's I & Eye is a deeply personal, inspiring and informative account of one woman's transformation from the ego state to the Universal Consciousness. Elizabeth Wright's intimate story of confusion and addiction as a young woman drew me in immediately. I found myself very personally involved in her story. To then move on to learn how she healed herself through Vibrational Healing with very specific instructions as to how to do so was enlightning for me. Although I was already aware of many of the techniques she spoke of, Elizabeth presented the techniques and strategies in a very organized and understandable way. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for self-help and self-healing. By reading this book, many will find a spiritual side they didn't know they had.
I found I & Eye through an internet search on chakra and physical healings, and I am so glad I did! Elizabeth Wright very eloquently shared her soul's journey including the difficult and the Divine. I found her stories to be inspirational and transformational. By reading of her issues with addiction and the process of reclaiming her higher self, I have learned to check my own perceptions and judgments of others, and learned to focus more on spirit to spirit acceptance and communication. Thank you, Beth, for your honesty.I & Eye is a rich resource for anyone seeking information on healing or transformation. I was particularly intrigued with the light healing techniques that I can use on my chakras or on my client's chakras. Her techniques are quite simple and take very little time to use, and they really work! I can really feel the warm red healing light in my first chakra.I wholeheartedly recommend I & Eye for anyone wanting a user-friendly guide that has the capacity to change your life as you know it! Between vibrational healing, creating your own reality through manifestation and renewed perspective, this book holds the answers to transformation that you might not know you were asking.As an aside, because of Beth's writing, I sought her out to meet in person. Beth is the genuine light worker in person as she is in writing.
